About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join a busy Commercial Property team based in Aberdeen. Working within their part exchange and plot sales team, you will support a varied caseload while providing an efficient and professional service to clients, including housebuilders and developers. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and collaborative team in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of sale and purchase transactions, with opportunities for professional development.

Location: Aberdeen
Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday; 35 hours per week)

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal is essential.
• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes, including sale and purchase transactions.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage a busy workload, prioritise tasks effectively, and work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using legal case management systems is desirable.
